Just starting to look for the possibility of a Nanny after the first of the year for our 3 year old twins.

We have boy/ girl twins that are very busy.

We are a queer household. We have 2 big dogs and 2 cats as well as a roommate.
Play with the twins + feed them snacks and lunch that we will have mostly prepared. Put them down for their naps.
Most certainly you will need a lot of patience and practice redirecting young preschool aged toddlers. Clean up the toys and dishes after the kids (with their help of course).
There are some near by parks you can take them to in order to get their energy out as well.
We will be working on potty training - thigh we are following their lead.
