We are a busy family with 4 kids ranging in age from 8 to 19 (with a 12 and a 16 yr/old in the middle). We need care for the youngest, who is on the autism spectrum and at risk of elopement.

Supervise and structure simple activities for Alex, who is a sweet neurodivergent boy with sensory issues, especially around loud sounds. Alex is verbal and very mobile (running, climbing, jumping, swinging).

We live in Gresham. We have some needs every afternoon, roughly 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM, which we can split between 2 people. Our priority is a Friday to Sunday weekend shift that may include longer hours for date nights.
