Both parents work from home. We have flexible work schedules. Thus, we only need a babysitter with some nanny experience to keep our baby stimulated and entertained for a few hours during our busiest workdays. The ideal time is 10am - 1pm Monday through Friday between baby's naps. We are flexible for the right caregiver if more hours are needed per day for less days.
