We are looking to hire a full time nanny to care for our son (currently 4 months old). Both parents work full time and work from home 1-2 days a week. We would like to eventually have a nanny share with 1-2 other families.
Infant care: bottles, naps, diapers (we use cloth), tummy time. No screens.
