The Nanny Connection, a local childcare agency, is assisting a family seeking a long-term nanny to help care primarily for their newborn daughter but also assist with their three school-aged children as needed. They are looking for a caring and attentive nanny who has newborn experience, can engage with other children, support their playful spirit, and manage light housekeeping tasks as needed.

Child(ren): 4 children ages 10, 6, 4 and 3 months at job start. Older 2 are in school full day, 4 yr old in preschool half day

Desired experience/qualities: Seeking a flexible, highly engaging nanny with experience caring for children infant through school age who recognizes the importance of facilitating activities to promote development. Prefer a nanny who would like to grow with the family for years to come.

Responsibilities: All aspects of child care including bottle/meal prep and clean up, activities, children’s laundry, light pick up, etc.

Other adult in the home: Mom primarily works from home, will be in the office one day/wk

Pets: 1 dog

Start date: late October/early November

Schedule: Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri within the parameters of 8:30am - 4pm, with some flexibility.

Offered rate: $23-$25/hr before taxes. Guaranteed 30 hours/wk. 2 wks vacation taken simultaneously with family
