Brought to you by Family Concierge: The family is looking for a caring and experienced nanny to provide full-time care for their baby, Maeve. Care is needed Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Mom will return to work full-time on January 20th, and Dad will return on January 27th. The anticipated start date will be on or before January 27th.

Responsibilities include providing attentive and engaging childcare, helping with dishes (unloading/loading the dishwasher, washing bottles), baby laundry, tidying the play area, organizing toys using a Montessori approach, preparing and serving infant meals and snacks, and planning age-appropriate activities and outings such as walks, library story times, and park visits. The nanny may also need to walk the family dogs.

Maeve is the family's first baby and the love of their lives. Mom is a physician at Cleveland Clinic, and Dad works remotely for Microsoft. They are a healthy and active family that enjoys outdoor activities such as tennis, hiking, skiing, and strength training. They have two dogs, a Portuguese Water Dog named Sassy and a Shiba Inu named Kaia.

The ideal candidate must be a non-smoker, accountable, patient, an excellent communicator, and have high integrity. An engaged childcare philosophy is essential, as is being comfortable with dogs. The nanny must be CPR and First Aid certified to ensure Maeve's safety and well-being. The pay rate is $18-$24 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include 5 days of paid sick time and the potential to accrue PTO, with details open for discussion and negotiation.
