Busy family of 3. Newborn, 16 months & 3 years old. Mom works a full-time job that includes occasional overnights. Schedule is available 1-2 months in advance. Three dogs and three cats that need care as well. 6 am start time with end time varying. I am the current nannying. I intended to train the person taking over my role for 1-2 weeks. Pay for training with be $15 per hour, salary pay follows. CPR, newborn & multiple experience a must.
Nanny will take care of children's ADL's, prepare meals, assist mom with cleaning and laundry as needed. Feed pets & let dogs outside. Drive to and from preschool two days per week. Engage children in play indoors and outdoors. Hire must be capable of using boundary-based discipline. Satisfy needs of newborn. This is a screen free household.

As the current nanny I will interview and hire the right fit. This role is for someone who is capable of running a household while caring for two active toddlers and newborn. Hire must have a vehicle and be capable of transporting three children or be willing to trade cars with Mom daily. Pay more than satisfies the demands of this role.
