The Nanny Connection, a local child care agency, is assisting a busy, two surgeon family seeking a dynamic, reliable, and caring individual to assist with managing their household and the care of their two children, aged 6 and 9. Their children are energetic, outgoing, and full of life, so they need someone who can keep up with their energy while also maintaining a smoothly run home despite their often unpredictable schedules.

Desired experience/qualities: Seeking a nanny who can provide quality child care, keep things running smoothly while parents are at work and who is comfortable with handling various household tasks with a calm and organized approach. A reliable and adaptable nanny who understands the demands of a two-surgeon household and values open communication, ensuring a collaborative relationship with the family.

Responsibilities: Engaging children in fun and educational activities, helping with schoolwork, managing daily routines, ensuring they are safe, happy, and active, transportation light cleaning, errands, grocery shopping, meal prep, helping with laundry and pet care.

Start date: ASAP

Schedule: Mon-Fri within the parameters of 7am-4pm, with flexibility needed for occasional weekend, evening or on call days. Flexibility is key.

Offered rate: $28-$30/hr, 40 hours guaranteed, with PTO
