Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a Full-time Nanny and Household Manager for a family in Winchester with two children, ages 4 and 7, starting as soon as possible. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11am - 6pm, with 35 hours guaranteed weekly. The family would love to find a long term (3+ years) match!
Regarding household management, a great fit for this role is a confident self-starter with strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills who can work independently; someone who can anticipate the needs of the family. Tasks include family laundry, family meal prep and cooking, organizational projects, light tidying, grocery shopping, running errands, and general household support.
Regarding childcare, the family would love to find a nurturing, supportive, engaging, active, communicative, and present nanny. Both of their daughters love arts and crafts projects, imaginative play, outdoor activities, and outings! A creative nanny who can proactively plan the week ahead, coordinate playdates, assist in homework, and generally meet and support the everyday needs of the girls would be a great fit for this role. The family has a lovely outdoor space including a veggie garden and is closeby to conservation land, hiking trails, playgrounds, and the town center.
The family has no pets.
One parent works part of the week from home in a private office.
Compensation: $35+/hour with guaranteed hours and an optional healthcare stipend. Paid vacations, paid sick time, and paid holidays offered. All pay on the books through payroll.
