Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a full-time Nanny for a family in Weston, starting in January (but flexible for Feb. or Mar. for the right fit). The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:00pm - 8:00pm, with 35 hours guaranteed weekly. The Family has two children, ages 1.5 and 3.5, with a baby on the way due in May! They would love to find a nanny who can grow with their family long term (2+ years).
The Family has a full-time Nanny (M-F 7am-4pm) who has been with them since 2021. As their family grows, they have realized they need the extra support of a second nanny! A great match for this role is an easy going, personable, adaptable, proactive, communicative team player, who thrives in a busy and fun home! They would love to find a warm, nurturing, active, thoughtful, playful, kind nanny who enjoys independently and collaboratively planning age-appropriate activities and outings.
One parent works from home, tucked away in a private office.
The Family has no pets.
Travel with the family is not required but welcomed if the Nanny would like to!
Compensation: Negotiable depending on experience, with an optional healthcare stipend, 2 weeks paid vacations, 8 paid holidays, and 40 hours of sick time. All pay is on the books through payroll.
