We are looking for an experienced, caring, nurturing nanny for our 2-month-old and four-year-old daughters. Full-time is 40 hours guaranteed as we work 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday. We live in Roslindale, and our four-year-old is in school so primary care is for our newborn. We want this person to be an extension of our family.

Responsibilities include:

- Create a stimulating, nurturing, safe environment
- Engage our children in age-appropriate activities that promote development and learning
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Perform housekeeping tasks related to childcare
- Communicate effectively with parents

Qualifications:

- Prior experience, especially with newborns and young children
- Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Additional Considerations:

- Willingness to travel on vacations
- Has some flexibility in scheduling with advanced notice
