Kai has autism, down syndrome, and minor behavior issues that can be redirected. Transportation from school (2:30 P.M., paraprofessional will assist getting into the car) and 2 hours of care at the home (sometimes I will get there before two hours and surely don't mind paying full amount). He does need to be changed (wears a diaper) as needed providing incontinence care. He will be fine on his tablet and that can be used to get him to do things as an award system.
