RN / LPN care needed for trach/vent/gtube *ACTIVE* 2 year old

  • $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Looking for care for our trach/vent/gtube dependent 2 year old on Friday's, flexible on timing - ideally 7am-2pm and Wednesday afternoons ~2pm - 5pm.
PRN availability on occasional evenings/weekends would also be nice to have.
She is very active and spends most of her day crawling, cruising, and playing - so we are looking for someone willing and able to spend the day playing on the floor, working on PT, Speech, and OT activities - moving around the house, and actively engaging with her.
RN or LPN preferred as she will need assistance with suctioning and feeds.
Should feel comfortable caring for her independently (after ample onboarding time) as we will be working during the hours care is needed.
A little about our daughter, she was born at 27 weeks weighing 435g. Due to prematurity, she has BPD and pulmonary hypertension. She had a trach placed in January of 2023. She spends most waking hours off of the ventilator.
Clean home, no pets, non-smokers, only child in the home.
