Frances is a very well-natured, self-directed child. She is nonverbal and uses a communication device, which we are working on incorporating more. I am in school, finishing my BSW, and going for an MSW in the fall. I need someone to pick her up from school and possibly take her to after-school therapies or home. She has specific interests like anything arts and crafts, music, sensory fun like slime, and playing outside. She has a very limited diet and a tendency to get into household objects and food (she pretends to cook). She needs someone who is engaged, aware of her needs, and will play with her and work on incorporating her therapies. I will also need occasional weeknights and weekends, although less frequent. Must be first-aid / CPR certified and have background tests. Must have practice days before being with Frances alone.
