Babysitter

I work 3 to 4 rotating days a week from 7am to 7pm. In need of a babysitter for those days at my home. Also needing someone for days I would like to go out for a little bit. When school starts I will need someone to pick him up and babysit him at my home until 7:30pm at the latest.
He is a 10 year old who is laidback for the most part.
