We're looking for a patient, creative, compassionate individual to help us care for our 8 year old son after school from about 3:15-5:15pm, 2-3 days a week. Responsibilities include meeting him at the bus stop, giving him a snack, helping him empty/re-pack his backpack, & then playing with him until we're home from work.

Our son came into our family via adoption about 5 years ago & has Autism level 2, ADHD, a trauma stressor disorder, & a few learning disabilities. He's incredibly social, curious & creative. His special interest is trucks/vehicles, but he also loves being read to, going to the playground & pretending to be super heroes performing imaginative rescues. Due to his hard early life experiences and diagnoses, he needs a caregiver who has lots of patience, creativity, and the ability to meet him where he is moment to moment.

Ideally we would partner with someone who is also available during the summer break and some school vacation weeks. We hope to hear from you soon!
