Location: Newton, MA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-6pm. Schedule is slightly flexible and start time can be 11:30am 2 days per week if preferred.

Duties: Responsibilities include providing comprehensive care for a 23-year-old woman with Cerebral Palsy. This includes assistance with daily living tasks such as showering, toileting, meal preparation, feeding, and laundry.

Requirements: Must have prior experience working within the disability community, maintain a clean criminal and driving record, and be fully vaccinated for Flu and Covid. The ideal candidate is creative, patient, social, and engaging, with a willingness to learn and the physical ability to assist with occasional lifting (there is a lift).

Driving/Parking: Driver's license is required, handicap accessible van will be provided.

Additional Information: Live-in is an option and accommodations include a private bedroom, private bathroom with laundry and living area in the lower level.

Compensation: $35 per hour (taxes withheld), guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days and a health stipend.
