companion/helper to petite special needs girl in manual wheelchair

- $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Seeking outgoing, fit and experienced special needs caregiver/companion. Our 27 year old daughter is just 4 feet tall and weighs only 62 pounds. She is able to operate her wheelchair. Mostly non-verbal but very expressive with signs and utterances.
Our current caregiver - who takes her on outings on the weekends - will be having surgery and unable to help for two months beginning early October. The chair weighs only 20+ pounds and we offer a "sitter" car (small SUV.
The ability to lift/transfer her is a must.
References are required.
