Need Care For My Wife While I Travel

For my work I have to travel 10 to 12 weeks out of the year. I am looking for someone that could come in twice a day for about 2 hours each time.
Do housework, fix meals, take our dog for a walk. Tend to my Wifes needs. Keep my Wife company.
My Wife uses a walker and a wheelchair to get around. She is relatively independent, but needs assistance with meal prep. Making the bed. Prepping for bed time etc.
