We're a lively and loving family of four, which includes mom, my two active and amazing sons aged 3 and 6, and our wonderful grandma. My mother, who lives with us, is a great help, but as the kids grow and their activities increase, we need someone full-time to help maintain a sense of balance. I travel for work once a month for a week, so we’re looking for someone reliable who can manage things when I’m away.
You are an experienced and energetic nanny/household manager who loves working with children—especially active boys aged 3-10. You're able to provide structure while encouraging fun and play. You have strong organizational skills and can manage the various tasks that come with caring for children and running a busy household. Ideally, you're a dog lover who’s comfortable walking our pup, and you don’t mind helping out with some household chores and errands.
