The full-time position is set to start on January 5, 2025, with hours from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST, Monday to Friday. If available immediately, the family is open to starting part-time and transitioning to full-time on January 5th.

Both parents work from home, with one parent in a designated office and the other in a living room nook. Dad plans to start going to the office at least two days a week in the new year 2025. The family is seeking a nanny who can confidently handle twins, preferably with experience in caring for preemies. Key responsibilities include bottle feeding (sideline positioned, with a transition as appropriate), diapering, supporting developmental activities like tummy time, introducing solids, and assisting with light tasks such as the children's laundry.
