Part time to full time nanny for 10 month old baby

We need a nanny for our baby boy who is soon going to be 10 month old. We need the nanny for 5-7 hours per day for 5 days a week. Nanny should have experience and should be able to take utmost care of our baby. Prefer nannies with references
