We are a family of 3 with mom working from home full time, dad commuting daily. Looking for a collaborative nanny who will be a partner in raising our daughter. Not looking to mirror daycare where we don't see our girl all day - would like to spend time with her during the day when work allows for it. We would like consistency across her day, and clear and detailed communication from our nanny.

14 months, 35 hrs/week, M-F 8am-3pm
