Organized and loving parents are seeking a dedicated and hardworking nanny to join their family team in McLean, Virginia. They are seeking a well-rounded, highly skilled, knowledgeable, and attentive full-time nanny to provide attentive care for their 5-year-old son and 6-year-old daughter.

Responsibilities include creating a nurturing environment for the children to flourish and managing various child-related tasks such as meal preparation, tidying, organizing children’s areas, overseeing before and after-school routines, child-related transportation, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in play areas and rooms, coordinating activities, managing schedules, and traveling with the family as needed. Responsibilities will also include supporting children with travel prep including planning and organizing trips and activities for the children and executing all necessary details.

Child(ren): 5-year-old & 6-year-old
Hourly rate & annual salary: Up to $40hr/$83k+year
Benefits: monthly healthcare stipend of $200, overtime, 10 paid vacation days, unlimited sick days, 6 paid major holidays, and access to the vehicle for professional use and on-the-job travel

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 12 pm to 8 pm. Candidates can anticipate working 40+ hours a week. Adaptability and flexibility are essential to support two busy, working parents who occasionally travel for work. Responsibilities include staying late once or twice a week until 11pm, providing occasional overnight care as needed, and full-time 24/7 care (with additional support) 2–3 times per year when both parents travel for approximately one week.
