Two fun loving first-time dads are seeking a full-time, long-term, polished career nanny for their infant son. They currently have two newborn care specialists. One will be leaving in November and the second one will stay on as needed. The family is based in TriBeCa and have homes in East Hampton and abroad. The candidate will be expected to accompany the family when traveling. The general schedule will be Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm. Relocation is not being offered.
Responsibilities include:
Collaboratively working with NCS and family
Sleep training
Meal plan/prep/food weaning
Child-related housekeeping duties such as laundry, organization, and sterilization of bottles
Pack/unpack and all travel related planning and prep
Engage in playtime activities indoors and out
Incorporate age-appropriate educational activities, games, and instruction
Modeling and assist with developmental milestones
Provide a stimulating and nurturing environment
Experience in a similar role with full-charge care beyond infancy
Understanding infant/child development and ability to recognize and respond to child’s needs

Requirements:
Passport ready and available to travel extensively
Current vaccinations – MMR, Tdap and CPR certification
A degree in early childhood education or nursing, the ability to swim and drive are pluses
Must be pet friendly and okay around cats

The family is offering $40+ an hour DOE, metro card, medical stipend, and PTO.
