Sometimes you will care for both kids at the same time, but most of the time you will care for 1 child at a time & you can also do some deep cleaning when you're not caring for the kids. About 70% of job is childcare & about 30% of job is cleaning, simple organizing & family laundry. Someone who is genuinely interested in each of the kids, thoughtful, energetic & proactive is needed!
