They have a sweet 2 year old girl, and a little baby boy on the way! He's due in January, but with so many new changes coming for their oldest (not only a new brother, but a new nanny, AND she just started school), they'd love to find someone before then, so that by the time the baby comes, you're already her trusted friend!
It's $30 to $35/hour and the family is happy to guarantee 44 hours/week, with 4 hours of overtime included.
