Part Time Nanny

We are exploring bringing a nanny on to help with our almost 4 year old daughter.
My wife is a nurse practitioner and I work in NYC. Our schedules vary greatly week to week but we typically find ourselves needing an extra set of hands to help 1-3 days a week. Most of the time will be post school only. 245pm -6/7pm. On rare occasion we would need help getting her to school a well.
