Dad commutes during week and gone most weeknights. Stay-at-home mom with 3 girls (5 years, 2.5 years, 1 month).
Need help in evenings (dinnertime, helping put kids to bed, light cleaning, prep school lunch and outfit).
5 and 2.5 year-olds are in school during week until 3pm. Looking for support after school through bedtime (up to 8-9pm). Kids are very energetic & active but fun and loving. Open to considering either only 2 or up to 4 days per week.
