This is a pretty straightforward after-school role!
They'd love to find someone who can work full days when he's out of school (on school holidays, or if he's mildly ill) and who can accommodate overnights on occasion (with notice).

Monday through Friday
2:30 PM to 6:30 PM

The ideal candidate has flexibility for full days when the boy is out of school for school holidays, or if he's mildly ill, and for occasional overnights as well. However, these are not necessarily required.
