FT Nanny needed in Providence Park for a 2.5YO girl and 3MO boy. Hours are M 10 - 6 , Tues & Fri 10-4, Wed 9 - 3, and Thur1 - 6. The family would like a nanny who has flexibility for occasional schedule changes.Best nanny is patient, energetic, playful, reliable, and experienced in caring for a toddler and infant, great communicator. A Montessori background would be a plus, as the family uses a Montessori approach to learning and discipline. Flexible and adaptable to changing needs of children.
Daughter will be in preschool 2 mornings a week, and Mom and Dad will handle pick-up and drop-off. Nanny should be able to meet and exceed the children’s daily needs and be active and engaged, creating fun and educational activities. Nanny will be asked to maintain their son's eating and sleeping schedule and engage him in activities that will help with development and growth. As trust is built the nanny will be allowed to take the children on various outings and activities in the community.
Nanny should be good with mom and dad spending time with the children when their work schedules allow. Family has a medium dog so the nanny must not be allergic to and be comfortable with dogs.
Job starts ASAP and pay is negotiable@ $28-32 an hour, with Continued pay, Paid major holidays, Paid time off, and Paid mileage. The nanny should have prior nannying experience, a college degree or equal experience, be CPR and First Aid Certified, and be able to pass a full reference and background check.
