FT Nanny needed in The Elizabeth Neighborhood of Charlotte for 2 girls, ages 3YO and 5MO The family also has a 6YO girl, but care for her will be very limited as she is in elementary school. Grandmother will help with transportation and will keep her on days she is out of school. Hours are M-Th 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, and Friday 9- 4:00 Best nanny would be reliable, active, fun, nurturing, and experienced caring for multiple children. Nanny will pick up the 3 yo at 1pm from preschool
3YO will nap until at least 3:00 pm. Primary care will be for the 5MO. Nanny is responsible for meeting her daily needs, keeping her on her schedule and fostering a nurturing environment.
A proactive nanny with fun activities that will encourage their daughter to meet her goals and milestones as she grows. Outings such as the library, the playground, are encouraged. Their 3YO will be attending gymnastics and soccer once a week and will need to be transported to and from these activities.
Montessori experience would be a plus. Both parents work from home in designated offices; the nanny should be comfortable with this and respect work-from-home boundaries. starts Jan 20, and pay is negotiable at $25-30 an hour, with Continued pay, Paid major holidays, Paid time off, and Paid mileage. The nanny should have prior nannying experience, a college degree or equal experience, be CPR and First Aid Certified, and be able to pass a full reference and background check.
