Daytime nanny for 2 months old baby boy

We are a family of 3 (including our newborn boy) who recently moved from California to Maryland.
Our baby boy is currently 6 weeks old.
I am a software engineer who works from home. My wife is an OBGYN who commutes to the office Monday to Friday.
We need the nanny to help take care of baby during the daytime hours between 12pm and 6pm.Duties include the regular monitoring of the baby, feeding, diaper changes, play and light housework associated with the baby.
