Family of 3. Mom works hybrid schedule M-Th with in-office hours on Tu-W. Dad is FT in office. Need help at home to not miss out on baby's development & beautiful milestones. Care needed when mom's work schedule conflicts (e.g., diaper changes, bottle feeding when mom cannot breast feed, naps, playing with/reading to baby. Home is located in Hanover, MD. Care would take place on the main/upstairs floor of split level home accessing living room, kitchen, nursery, and bathroom. M-Th 9a-5p.
