Part time sitter for a 8-month old baby

We live in Jessup, MD and have an 8 month daughter. My husband and I work between 7am to 6pm on weekdays.
Need help on babysitting our 8 month daughter. To feed, take a nap and entertain her while we are out for work.
We would need help to babysit our daughter for 3-5 hours a day in weekdays
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
