Two very busy parents working 10-12hr night shifts 4-5 day a week with a 9 month “velcro baby”
There’s not rlly much to do for us other than just making sure or baby is fed, changed and taken care of while we’re at work. She does have a bedtime between 8-12 she normally goes to sleep around 12 when she’s in the sleep regression stage otherwise she’s asleep by 8-9 she sleeps through the night but Don’t go exceed over 9 hrs without giving her a bottle She eat solids 3 times a day around 7-8am, 2-3pm and 7-8pm and drink a 8 ounce bottle every 6 hrs. She also does atleast 15-30 of tummy time
My schedule is flexible but her dad schedule is not or schedule can be from 4:30pm to 6:30am
