Daytime sitter for infant

We are a family of 4, my husband and I have a 7 year old and a 3 month old.
I am looking for care for my 3 month old in the daytime while I work from home. This includes changing diapers, taking her for walks, entertaining her, putting her to sleep and feeding her.
I am looking for a schedule of 10am - 3pm
