My husband and I both work in healthcare and have variable schedules from month to month. We have a 6 week old new baby boy and will be returning to work when he is around 3 months.
Depending our schedules, if a morning shift is requested, to come before we leave for work and drop off at daycare and if an evening shift is requested, come before one of us leaves for night shift (6 pm) and stay until the other returns (the latest is 2am).
One of us works 7 nights in a row every month (7p-7a) and the other works variable shifts from 6a-2p to 5p-1a. We need help on weekends and when we are both at work (which will be a few shifts every month for a week).
