MIAMI, FL (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - First-time parents in a private, gated neighborhood in Miami seek a highly qualified and experienced Newborn Care Specialist for a one-month contract starting early to mid-December, with an option to extend. The position requires 10-12 hours of overnight care per night, with exact hours to be discussed (8PM - 8AM or 9PM - 7AM).
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive overnight care for the newborn, such as feeding, diaper changes, soothing, and monitoring; establishing and maintaining a consistent sleep schedule and routine for the newborn; maintaining a clean and safe environment for the baby; and communicating effectively with parents regarding the baby’s activities, health, and progress. The specialist will also offer guidance and support to parents, sharing best practices for newborn care.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, with potential for contract extension based on performance and family needs. Local candidates only.
