Location: Miami, FL
Ages of children: Baby is due in December 2024!
Contract Length: 6 months, with the option to extend.
Schedule: Full-time rotational schedule of 2 weeks on/off with 24/7 care while on duty.
Fly-in/Fly-out: The family is open to candidates flying in and out for their rotations. They prefer local candidates.
Compensation: $50-60/hour for 24-hour care.
Benefits: Health insurance stipend, housing assistance, and relocation assistance. A vehicle will be provided for professional use.
Live-in/Live-out: Live-in. A private bedroom and bathroom in their home, and a bed in the baby’s nursery will be provided for overnight shifts.
Other notes: While not a requirement for the 6-month NCS contract, the family would love to meet candidates who may be interested in transitioning into a long-term ROTA Nanny position.
