We are hoping to find a part-time nanny for our 11-month-old daughter. Our goal is to have someone help with childcare for part of the day when one parent is with the baby alone for 24hrs (one of us has 24hr call shifts 5-6 times per month).

We would need help 1-3 days/week for 4-6 hrs/day. One parent will mostly always be present, but help with feeding and playing would be greatly appreciated. We may work up to leaving the baby alone with the nanny for a few hours at time.

The total hours per week will be approximately 6-12 hrs; this may increase with time.
