My spouse and I both work from home, and we have a mini-Labradoodle. We're looking for someone reliable, compassionate, and aligned with our childcare values, which emphasize no-screen time and engaging, creative play. Preference will be given to candidates with Montessori or Reggio Emilia experience.

Fluency in English is required. The position is for three days a week, with some flexibility around which recurring days, based on your schedule. In addition to caring for our daughter, the ideal candidate will handle light housekeeping and some meal preparation for her weekly meals.

The schedule is from 8:30-4:30 pm, 3 days a week. We can work with you and your schedule, which 3 days, we just need it to be during the standard workweek (M-Fri).
