Active Greenwich, CT family is seeking a live-out or live-in Household Assistant to provide support for stay-at-home mom and three children aged 7, 12, and 13. Responsibilities include ensuring safe transportation to activities, offering homework assistance, facilitating engaging outdoor activities, and engaging the 7-year-old while the older siblings are occupied.
Additional duties involve light housekeeping, organizing and keeping home tidy, general laundry, organizing the children's rooms and belongings, assisting with bedtime routine, & supporting Houseman with household tasks as needed. Must be comfortable with meal prepping and cooking family-style meals (when the family cook is away). No travel. Ability to swim is a plus. A clean driving record is required, as a car will be provided for work purposes. Must be pet-friend, family has a cat & two dogs.
Ideal candidate will be very flexible, energetic and have a positive attitude and calm demeanor. Candidate should be organized, have experience working alongside staff members and foster a team-player mentality. Schedule is Monday - Thursday 2PM – 8:30PM & Fridays from 11AM – 10:30PM. Must be flexible to work weekends and stay overnight as needed. If a working weekend will substitute having a week day off. Private Live-in accommodations provided. Salary $30-35p/h 2 weeks PTO, no health insurance
