Suffolk County/Long Island family seeks a full-time nanny for their 18 month old to start ASAP. Care is needed long-term Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. The child will be attending preschool part time & nanny will oftentimes be responsible for drop offs/pickups. Large friendly dog in the home. Mom & dad WFH. Family is hoping to have another child within the next year, so newborn care experience required. Newborn care would require meeting monthly milestones, bottle washing & sterilizing.

* Length of Position: Long-term
* Compensation: $23-$25 per hour, based on experience
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bath time
- Cooking + preparing snacks & meals for the child
- Diaper changing
- Driving child (family's vehicle is available for use)
- Engaging with the child in developmentally appropriate activities
- Laundry for child
- Light housekeeping related to the child
- Light pet care assistance

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of paid professional newborn care experience
- CPR certified, or willing to renew
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license + clean driving record
- Comfortable with large friendly dogs
- Must know how to swim
- No smoking on premises while working with family
