A family in Palo Alto is seeking a Nanny/Family Assistant to help maintain their home and care for their 2-year-old son. The family has a housekeeper who comes in, so the main responsibility will be as a family assistant to help maintain the household.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 PM - 8 PM; availability on Saturday or Sunday for date nights and personal activities.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining a 2800 ft² home in Palo Alto through tasks such as
Laundry
Light housekeeping
Organizing
Grocery shopping
Meal preparation
Scheduling doctor appointments
Coordinating repairs
Managing water deliveries, etc…
Caring for the child, including picking him up from daycare and providing a snack upon his return.

Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as a family assistant.
At least 3 years of nanny experience with toddlers.
Ability to manage household tasks efficiently.
A caring and patient demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
CPR & First Aid Certification.
Recent COVID vaccinations, negative TB test (within the last 2 years), Tdap, MMR, CPR/First Aid, and recent flu vaccine.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and a reliable vehicle for daycare pickups, occasional errands, or appointments.
Must pass a comprehensive background check.
