My Mother - Currently my sisters and I rotate taking care of my mother when her live in caregiver has doctor's appointments or any other errands when she my need to be away from the home for a period of time during the day or evenings. On occasions overnight.
My mother is diabetic and suffers from dementia. She will need the following assistance: 1) getting in & out of bed & chair. 2) Preparing her meals. 3) Assistance with bathroom functions and daily cleaning 4) Daily medication. 5) Up & down stairs (when needed)
Caregiver will need to know CPR, administer First Aid. and able to call 911 if needed.
