M-F Provide lunch, medication reminder, encourage to walk, clean commode

My mom is 73 years old and she has severe osteoarthritis and has a hard time walking she uses a walker and is all on one floor with commode. I need someone that will give her lunch, remind her to take her afternoon medication, encourage her to walk downstairs to kitchen and back, possibly clean her commode as needed and just talk to her and keep her company.
