This is for a 98 year old female who has been on hospice care for 3 years. We are looking for a female care giver to provide supervision to ensure safety when walking. she uses a walker but sometimes forgets she needs to always hold on to avoid falling. This person will prepare and serve dinner and supervise eating, help with toileting (ensuring clean - wiping for her, pulling down and up pants, may need to apply ointments as directed by hospice nurse), track care for hospice , noting any issues or injuries. Help with turning on TV shows. This person will get her ready for bed and into bed and hand her pre sorted medicine.
