Assistance with bathing, grooming, preparation of breakfast and lunch. Our mother has short term memory challenges and needs some assistance. She is very mobile otherwise and fairly low maintenance once she's showered and dressed. She can't prepare her own meals due to memory to turn off cooking appliances. She needs a reminder to take her medicine as well and take for short walks when weather permits.
