Very active man with hearing loss is very lonely. He has lots of stories to tell. We are looking for a patient listener/walking partner to check in on him or go to lunch (our treat). He lives with family, but we are all working or in school. We do the best we can, but he is alone all day. He has had a few tumbles, though is very strong and moves about independently. He is bilingual -so Spanish is a plus, but not necessary. Really just looking for some company. Being able to drive occasionally to help him get places would also be nice-though he still drives! This would be as needed and flexible hours. Goal would be to have a visit once a week for two to three hours. More if it works out well.
